A technical workshop that includes a mix of several influences that converge into a strong and precise dance. A mix of concepts from break, popping and contemporary will be the basis of each exercise. Exercises on the ground, in inversion, in “freezes”, moving across the floor to work on flow, dynamism and control. Refinement of concepts, where we will play with the mechanics and the organic side of movement to create illusion and complexity. We will then apply all concepts partner work.
